Devi was informative, knowledgeable, helpful and just an outright joy to do business with!! Devi helped us through every step of the way. We will NEVER use anyone else for refinancing or buying a home. We will never be able to thank Devi enough for everything she did for us!! My parents and one of my sisters also used Devi!! We ALL just can't say enough good about her!

Devi was always one phone call away, even on week-ends. We felt very comfortable texting and calling her any time to ask our questions. Her detailed professional explanations of procedural steps, loan rates, and closing expenses was always very clear. We felt like she was on our team working hard to make a great deal for us. Since we were buying a condo in a different state, we had a few unexpected steps during the loan process. Only due to Devi's professionalism, we were able to save time and close as expected. She explains everything in detail, is honest, trustworthy, respectful, does not make you feel uncomfortable with any question you ask. I have worked with Devi twice and will not work with anyone else. I truly do not understand all this and put my full faith and trust in Devi and she is true to her word. What she says is what happens. No hidden/unexpected surprises, etc.... I have referred Devi to friends, family, and even the Notary who did my Loan Docs as said I received a stellar deal and who did I work with. The Notary see's many Loan Docs.... If you want professionalism and the right person on your side doing their job for you, Devi is your person!!
